Very good deal with a room that has everything you need, including a super comfy bed and pillows. Plus, the restaurant won't break the bank and the service is top-notch! 🌟

The staff was top-class and amicable from the moment I arrived. Twin room had upgrades, it was immaculate and large.- The location in a very quiet area was good and magnificent.

The comfortable atmosphere, enjoyable pool, and friendly staff made my stay here wonderful, highly recommended.

I really liked the comfort of the beds, everything was clean which is very important to me. I stayed in the renovated rooms which for 12 euros plus the night is worth it, especially because of the location of the room, I could see the sea 

The view from the second room (see the other point) had a great view of the pool and the Teide! And again beautiful sun in the evening.

breakfast was unfortunately inedible. on the first day we were in a hurry and quickly took a roll with cheese on the hand. that was ok. on the second day we sat down and wanted to enjoy it, then we noticed that the orange juice was actually sugar with taste, buns were totally dry, not even the croissant was edible, boiled eggs were just disgusting. then we simply skipped breakfast. our room was right above a bar and it was super loud, sleeping was really hard. we complained and were allowed to stay in another room for an extra charge. we did because we wanted to sleep and were a bit desperate. The hot plates were also very bad. The dishes were also minimal. And there was a rag, but no detergent ... And it was just completely full of pensioners, we as younger friends really didn't fit in there. . I wouldn't go again.

We have stayed at this hotel several times in recent years and have always found it to be friendly and comfortable.

We really like the hotel but feel that the apartments need to be updated in terms of the kitchen facilities which are showing their age although they were clean.
